The magazine publishes information and in-depth coverage on economics, Real Estate, markets and asset allocation choices. The articles are for general editorial purposes and do not replace an individual financial, tax, legal or real estate assessment. They do not in themselves constitute an offer of financial products or services or an invitation to carry out a specific transaction. Data, assessments and rules may change after publication: the article date and any updates form part of its context.
Sources, contributors and advertising
The publication may host agency content and external contributors, including Italpress, Dream Generator and Whisper Property, identified according to their source. Columns curated by the corporate brands do not remove their relationship with the publisher. Promotional banners are separate from editorial content. Links to services or properties lead to websites with their own terms; reading an article does not create a mandate or advisory engagement. In the current configuration, editorial subscriptions, payments, reader accounts, reserved PDFs, article-by-email sending or personal saves are not active. The relevant commands indicate the service is unavailable. The monthly newsletter is free, requires confirmation of the address and can be cancelled via the link in every email; the service is active only after connecting the sending provider. Proposals may be submitted via the Write for us form or by email to the editorial office. Submission does not entitle the sender to publication or payment and does not automatically transfer exclusive rights: any terms of use are agreed before publication. The activation of future services will require dedicated terms and information.
Liability and mandatory rights
The publication curates content and may correct or update it; it does not guarantee the absolute absence of errors or the continuous availability of third-party services. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable, and do not prejudice readers' mandatory rights.
